Rick is a counselor in the Hermiston School District in Oregon. He’s also working on his school administrator license at Lewis & Clark. Wow, I’m honored to be profiled here, Scott. I find that my blog is becoming a map of my learning, and it’s interesting to know where I’ve been and where I’m headed. Sometimes, my ignorance on a given topic comes through, but I’m able to use that process and experience to figure out the answers that I need.
