  2. The pressure to connect constantly, both personally and professionally, is real! Some people are energized by it, some people are exhausted by it. I am in the latter camp, and find disconnecting from the constant chatter refreshing; but your mileage may vary. Here’s to meaningful connection as well as mindfulness.
