Several weeks ago I posted an awesome video about a jar of fleas. After I showed it at the SAIS conference earlier this week, Jason Ramsden decided to remix it and focus it more on teachers rather than students. I think you might find that in education, we all have been the lid at sometime – you just have to ask the fleas (or whomever see themselves as the fleas for the given situation).
