They always have. In any profession and social group, those that add value remain a strong voice. Those that don’t, fade.
Learners have always bypassed those who don’t add value to their learning. That’s life, but the classroom should be different.
The focus should be on why there are still teachers who don’t add value in classrooms. The quote says those teachers will be “bypassed.” Why are they there to be bypassed in the first place? Where is the disconnect?
