The entire bioscience industry in the US, according to Juan Enriquez (from www.TED.com talks), can be backed into a few carefully chosen 747s, and exported from the US in a heartbeat.  Furthermore, it&#039;s all concentrated in only five zipcodes, mostly in Massachusetts or California.

The wrong legal or regulatory change, and it can all move overseas, overnight.
