A Voice Recorder.
Whenever I can, I try to record and post the audio from my sessions. I mostly use my iPod, but I recently purchased an Olympus WS100 -- an affordable small recorder mentioned by Wes Fryer at http://www.speedofcreativity.org/2007/11/28/olympus-ws-100-voice-recorder-rocks/

And now when you post slides online at http://slideshare.net, you can link an mp3 file to the slides, creating a screencast.

You can also use the recording for review and make adjustments (if needed) to future presentations.
