<description>Sadly, many are. It&#039;s job vs profession. To some it is a profession when it comes to better pay, but is just a job when comes to anything beyond the 7:45 - 3:15 work day. We are starting to see clearer lines be drawn and it is not old vs young.

This cartoon goes to the heart of teachers as learners. The nice gentleman in the tie can accept the job offer and only do what is asked, disappearing after contracted hours. Or he can accept the job offer and use every resource, practice, and tool to ensure that his kids learn those skills in the context of a modern education.

Choices, choices. We all have em&#039; right?

		<description>Scott
I really wish I could take your classes. Anyway I love the little cartoon - looks great. When I go through my staff I know right away who my longball hitters are. They do a tremendous amount that goes beyond the walls of their individual classroom and the 7:15-3:00 contract. The opposite of love has never been hate. It&#039;s apathy. Getting rid of the apathetic crowd would be a good start to reforming education.
