This is great! I think I’m going to bring this to my weekly admin meetings here. I’ve already shown them some of the Google Apps, but this is a great way to extend to multimedia.

You are so right! This stuff is too easy not to use. I think giving the information in small increments also helps, time to think, time to play.

This was the focus of our TechTimes Newsletter two weeks ago. Video and audio are so easy these days, it is silly not to do it, unless you are camera/microphone-shy like me. All our teachers blog. Now they can all vlog. With built-in mikes and cameras on our MacBooks, it couldn’t be easier.

To piggy back on Bea’s comment above, with Quicktime Pro on a Mac, you can make audio and video recordings in a snap with the Quicktime Player. In less than 5 minutes, you can create an audio or video post to plug-in online in a blog or through e-mail.
