I enjoyed your &quot;7&quot;.  It was especially nice to see that you had similar items to mine own.
Data and everything through the &quot;whats best for kids&quot; filter are extremly important. One that I missed was that leaders come from all levels and are motivators of their staff.  Getting your staff to move in one direction is hard to do and quality leaders as Dan Meyer says &quot;work hard to make it look easy&quot;. Keep up the great work, I enjoy reading your blog.
